  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).

🚚 2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer reliable shipping within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via Australia Post

  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery option if you need your treats urgently

Shipping costs $14.95 are added at checkout

Free Standard Shipping: Orders over A$120.00 AUD qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days from dispatch

  • Express Shipping: Usually 1–3 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates — actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, or remote locations.

  • We ship to all Australian states and territories

  • Remote or rural areas may take longer than metropolitan addresses
